When you rent a car through our company, you can clearly see our prices based on the vehicle you choose. You can select from different classes of vehicles, including economy class (low segment), mid-range class, and luxury class (high segment). Each of these vehicles is available for daily rental services within a mileage limit. The price list for these rental services includes all amounts with VAT included.

How Are Payment Amounts Determined in Car Rental Services?

For car rental services that last at least 24 hours, the renter must place a pre-authorization block via credit card. This block amount varies depending on the class of the vehicle. If the vehicle is in the economy group, a minimum pre-authorization of 3500 TL is required. For mid-range group vehicles, a minimum pre-authorization of 6500 TL is blocked. For high-end group vehicles, a minimum pre-authorization of 9500 TL will be blocked.

These blocked amounts on the credit card will be refunded within a maximum of 28 days, provided there are no additional service requests, penalties, or damages to the vehicle. Additionally, when the contract is finalized, the number of days for the service is determined based on a 24-hour period, and payment is requested either in cash or by credit card.

Additional Service Fees in Car Rental Operations

Our company charges additional fees for extra services beyond the standard rental fees. For example, if you request a driver for the vehicle, an additional fee will be included in the contract. Baby or child seats are also subject to additional charges. Other similar extra packages, such as additional mileage packages, extra driver packages, navigation, GPS, and drop-off services, are offered at an additional cost.
