⏱️ Rental Period and Usage Rules

Vehicles rented from our company may only be driven by individuals whose names are stated in the rental agreement and delivery form. In case the vehicle is used by unauthorized persons, damage coverage becomes invalid. To increase the number of drivers, an additional driver service can be purchased. A maximum of 1 additional driver can be assigned per vehicle. The additional driver must meet specific age and driving license requirements.

Note: Reservations made via our website are intended for urban and touristic use. For intercity rentals, you may request a special price quotation.

📏 Mileage Usage Limits

You can review the mileage limits based on the rental duration below:

Information: The specified mileage limits are calculated on a daily basis. In case of excess mileage, a fee of 15 TL + VAT / km will be charged.

Reminder: Rental periods are calculated as 24 hours per day and 30 days for monthly rentals.

Additional Charges for Late Returns

1–2 hours delay: 1/3 of the rental fee
2–3 hours delay: 2/3 of the rental fee
3+ hours delay: 1 full day additional charge applies

⛽ Fuel and Traffic Fines

Fuel expenses during the rental period are the responsibility of the renter. The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as received. If returned with missing fuel, a 25% additional service fee is applied to the fuel cost.

All traffic fines (OGS/HGS tolls, bridge crossings, speeding tickets, etc.) incurred during the rental period are the responsibility of the renter.

The rental fee, additional service charges, and the security deposit are collected at the beginning of the rental from a credit card registered in the renter’s own name.

The security deposit varies by vehicle group, ranging between 5,000 TL – 20,000 TL. If no extra charges occur, it is refunded within 7 days.

Reminder: Your security deposit refund will be reflected on your card within 7 business days after the rental ends.

🔄 Cancellation and Refund Policy

If cancellation is notified on the same day, the payment is fully refunded. Other conditions:

Up to 14 days before: Full refund
14–7 days before: 25% deduction
Less than 7 days: 50% refund

In case of early vehicle return, the remaining days are recalculated and a 50% penalty may be applied.
